avoid if u can

building needs a lot of maintenance. the water from the shower in my room came out brown, after i told them (early in the morning) they did not fixed it so had to change room. beds are very uncomfortable!

They didn’t have my reservation ready, and it took 15 minutes to find my reservation. Somehow, how I asked to be switched from a standard room to a king-size bed, and they were rude that that’s what I reserved. The room needs a lot of improvements and cleaning less

Terrible stay. Our room had no hot water and the staff knew this and still put us in the room. When we asked to be changed they said no After a second day of no hot water. We demanded to speak with manager and they switched us to a lower category room with hot water. Nobody was helpful and when we asked for solution they said someone will email me at a later day

Pésimo hotel, pésimo servicio. No recomendable por nada de mundo. Check in me dejaron hacerlo después de las 4 pm porque no habían limpiado los cuartos. Nos dieron el cuarto y no había agua caliente! A las 7 pm que regresó salía el agua café! Horrible experiencia. No se como dejan operar este clase de hotel con semejantes deficiencias

Wonderful stay

Our stay was great! At arrival the slight confusion at night and tired we were not sure that the first lobby that greets you is the PB where the cars drop you off. We had to wait a bit for someone to show up. You have to go to the L floor (lobby) and we were quickly checked in and went to our room. The room was very comfortable and quiet surprisingly from all the noise from the downstairs bars so please do not be deceived, you could not hear a thing, we were quite comfortable. The carpets on the hall could use an upgrade, they look pretty dirty and old. The food is great!
