Terrible!
The bad:
1) Itching & hives due to BED BUGS (took pic of one in the morning & called the housekeeper who took a pic too).
2) Rough bedsheets.
3) It was not clear before booking that check in was until 11:00 pm. I found out reading the email confirmation. I called twice in the afternoon and there was no answer.
4) I called again a few times closer to our arrival time to let them know we were still coming to make sure they did not leave before we arrived since payment was only at destination (there was no option to prepay on Expedia), and also to ask where we could park our car, but again and again they never answered the phone.
5) When we arrived, we called again and still no answer, we could not see the hotel and we could not see any parking in the area. We looked around and asked and were told of a parking place 10 minutos away, we went there but it was too far & we did not want to walk with luggage all the way to the hotel, so we had to drive back, we ended up parking on the street 3 blocks away and were told to move the car around 9:00 am to avoid getting a parking ticket.
6) Receptionist slept in the "office"/bedroom in the entrance, he made us worry and rush despite him being there all night there.
The good:
1) I got a call back saying they saw a call from this number. I told them we would arrive between 12:30 and 1:00 am and they told me they would wait for us until 1:00 am & they did.
3) Central location, cheap, shared kitchen & TV room.
