When we checked in, they couldn’t find our reservation record which we paid in advance to Expedia. we booked a lower rate room with no breakfast and have to pay at the spot (US$60 cheaper than what we paid to Expedia). When we checked out, they refunded us what we paid to them but not the amount that we paid to Expedia since they already received the payment from Expedia.

我們一行人2:30到達酒店, 竟然要待到5點才完成兩間房間的清潔程序和進房, 嚴重阻礙我們的行程 客房冷氣完全不足夠, 即使晚間開到最低溫度也會流汗 沒有隔音的房間, 可以清楚聽見隔壁的對話內容 電力供應不足, 我的電話要充上8小時才完成由30%開始的充電

入住兩晚，浪費了三天假期！

地點偏僻，若非朋友有車接送，跟本不能去任何地方。附近的食店不多，玩樂設施缺乏。早餐更不用說，國內三星標準，只吃了一天，因為找不到理由吃第二天。

房間較舊，但寛躺，裝置較陳舊，水壓不夠大。房间價錢較高，早餐吃自助餐，食物豐富。在交通接駁上則不太方便。會所設有泳池，方便兒童玩耍。

房間舊整體還可以， 廁所燈光不足， 水力不夠， 泳池人多及有付款入場嘅外來客， 保齡球有三條, 2條壞，1條唔齊樽， 桌球，羽毛球房收費及沒有冷氣的 ，早餐一般，但有不停補給食物，這個價錢 ，還有很多選擇

Self-Contained and luxurious but not a lot around

The hotel has lots of wonderful features - including spacious rooms, kettle and refrigerator, premium bedding and cable channels. The service was friendly and very attentive. The facilities themselves are wonderful, with a gym, bowling alley, arcade, and even a salon. The hotel is within a gated community, Country Garden, so there was not a lot locally to enjoy.

Our Chinese restaurant is famous for Shunde cuisine, I wonder if you have tasted it. The hotel also has an oversized outdoor pool.
