英語を話せるスタッフがフロントのみで、あとのスタッフは中国語です。ましてや日本語を話せるスタッフはいません。中国に行ったのだから、私が中国語を勉強して行くべきでしたが…。
あとプールが敷地内にあったのですが、ホテルとは別の建物に移動して受付をしなくてはならず、気軽に利用するには不便です。

Very bad experience and Poor HK Customer Service

When I booked the room, I selected "pay in the hotel", but the Hotels.com already charged me for the room fee immediately. This is NOT NORMAL! Normally it should be authorization only, instead of a real charge!
Then when I checked out the hotel, hotel charged me again.
When I called the HK Customer Service, the people was not helpful, not polite. Through the email communication, they said the HOTEL will refund me in 7-15 days.
Now it's 7 days away from my check-out and 19 days away from my booking, I haven't got the refund! And I don't know when I will be refund!
Very bad!

第一点很方便,距离火车站很近,只要走路8分钟混沌,整体服务很好。

從訂房道入住都沒什麼問題,但隔天要去吃早餐時,居然無法進入用餐,原因是有人冒用我的名字去用餐!
