Good luxurious hotel !
clean
convenient
luxe
the only problem is the location
the place is VERY convenient for fair near Pazhou complex ( like canton.fair)
however for tourist it s a very bad location

Tres bel hôtel

A true luxury hotel
Publié le 27 août 2009 sur ExpediaI got a free upgrade to a 1,000 sq.ft. suite on 31st floor. I had never been treated like this before, especially considering the Expedia price I paid. But even without that treat, the hotel is very new, luxurious, and has super-enthusiastic staff every-where. Yes, it is not located in the city center but the hyper-efficient subway makes it a short and convenient ride into the city.

It was our first trip to China and we loved it. The Shangri_La Hotel is simply outsanding, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the Hotel itself is amazing and has everything you could want. The landscaping outside in the Garden and around the beautful Pool are just pristine. and the food was extraordinary, we planned to go out to eat to experience Chinese Food, but there was no need as the Hotel's 6 Restaurants had everything we could have hoped for. all around a magnificent Hotel, we will be back for sure
