No hot water

Simply not worth it

The complex is so dis organised the staff are unhelpful. Rooms are not worth the money paid for.

From Pazhou Station of Metro Line 8 to the front desk of the hotel, the distance is only about 80 meters. Welcome again,Wish you a pleasant journey.

チェックイン時に広い部屋にアップグレードしてくれるというのでお願いしたのですが、その部屋はお湯が出ませんでした。フロントにお願いしましたが、にやにや笑いながら２０分出し続けてください。といわれるので、出し続けましたが出ませんでした。翌日、部屋を変えててくれるようにお願いしましたが、お湯が出るように直しましたと言われてすぐには出ましたが、夜になるとお湯が不足する様で出ませんでした。朝はお湯が出たので、お風呂にためて使いました。接客の対応も多変悪かったです。二度と利用しません。
