Checked in easily both times at around 2am after a long flight. Clean rooms with comfortable beds, plenty of space, good breakfast and kind/helpful staff. My go to in Guatemala City near the airport.

This is the place you want to stay at for your trip to Guatemala!!! The Hotel,the room, & the staff was superb, beyond awesome!! And the breakfast,lunch and dinner from the restaurant was delicious!! Easy check in and check out at the front desk Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay!! WE WILL BE DEFINITELY STAYING HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Located in a safe quiet neighborhood with a beautiful breakfast area. Very friendly staff and close to the airport. You may choose a high floor with views of the volcanoes and spacious rooms.

The hotel is very clean, area very nice and safe, hotel parking not the best, I didn’t like at the end receiving a text stating housekeeping had reported plates, cups missing from my suite and manager was going to charge my credit card on file. I told her there were no dishes when I checked into the suite, therefore I didn’t like the way I was approach with such incident and manager apologized being an error after all.

I could live here. Very close to airport.
Wonderful, modern hotel that was clearly designed to be a long-term residence. Perfect for the digital nomad. Outdoor spaces are beautiful, modern and comfortable. Look at the art that surrounds the common spaces because it is very high-quality and well chosen. Congrats to the art Director who designed this airport friendly hotel.

Staff was extremely welcoming. We checked in late but staff was still very friendly and took the time to suggest places to visit. They upgraded us to a higher floor to enjoy the view. The room was very clean and comfortable.
