I liked the place, the staff was friendly the room was cleaned the only thing i can say is when i arrived to the hotel i had to bring my own luggage upstairs with me the bell guy did not bring it up to the room.

I have been staying in Hotel Palace for years and always come back. Rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is included and is very good!! Hotel is very central to many things downtown, location is great! The staff is VERY NICE, I assure you that you will not find better and nicer staff anywhere else! Christian in reception is the BEST! You will feel at home at this hotel!
