Wonderful getaway with family and friends

Offers spectacular views from front yard and backyard, and lots of entertainment with the game room and swimming pool. David is a warm and welcoming host, very easy to communicate with. We had a great time, and would definitely recommend this vacation home to those visiting the area!

Great house with amenities
Publié le 28 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayI stayed in this house with my fiancée and ten friends, and it was perfect! The house's interior is very nice and spacious with plenty of room for everyone.
The front and back yards are gorgeous with fruit trees / vegetable plants (that guests are allowed to eat while staying there), places to quietly sit and read, a pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics - we cooked all our dinners at the house - and there are both indoor and outdoor tables that comfortably seat 12 people.
It's in a quiet neighborhood less than five minutes from Armstrong Redwood State Park and downtown Guerneville.
David was very nice and quick to answer my questions while we were preparing for the trip. We loved our time at the house and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend some time in the Russian River area!

What a wonderful spot!

Beautiful, relaxing and absolutely perfect!
Publié le 21 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the property, especially the pool and backyard garden area. We did a ton of cooking and were able to use many of the herbs and the outdoor seating area. The game room was also a big hit with our crew. The bedrooms were spacious and spread out so everyone had the ability to enjoy some downtime.

Guerneville family gathering

Perfect house for a large group weekend getaway!

There are spaces for 12 adults to sleep comfortably including lots of extra sheets and towels. The hot tub was a great touch on a slightly cool day, and the house's proximity to both parks and wineries couldn't be beat. The kitchen was super well stocked other than a few cooking staples (but we left our oil and seasonings behind for whoever is up next!) but that wasn't a major problem at all. David was communicative and accommodating as well, which was helpful. Definitely recommend.

Great spot for a weekend on the Russian River with friends

The space was wonderful for relaxing with a large group, and variety of sleeping options was perfect. Kitchen was well-equipped, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining area, pool, and hot tub.
