SETTING AND ATMOSPHERE
Villa BIXENTE ENIA is a family home decorated with care and taste, and fully air-conditioned for the comfort of guests.
The exterior has been designed with conviviality in mind, with a vast covered pool house where guests can cook and dine with family and friends around a plancha.

THE VILLA
The first floor of the house is designed for living together, with a strong emphasis on wood and the choice of decoration to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. It opens onto a living-dining room with a TV corner. A ground-floor suite completes this level.
From the living room, the terrace overlooks the pool and deckchair area, the ideal place to relax and soak up the sun!

The first floor of the house is a sleeping area, with 4 bedrooms: 2 suites, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The villa is located in a residential area in the center of the village of Guéthary, less than 10 minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants and port.
Access to the Biarritz-Hendaye main road in 5 minutes.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
As a general rule, arrivals are from 4pm to 7pm, and departures from 8am to 10am. For arrivals and departures before 8am and after 7pm, an additional charge will be applied:
From 7pm to 10pm - €50
10pm to midnight - €80
Midnight to 6:00am - €120
From 6h00 to 8h00 - €80
