We got charged more(we were not informed that buffet breakfast was 600 Rs more, ridiculous pricing considering the food and the local market)staff was unfriendly with old parents. Rooms were not ready on time.

Apologies on behalf of my team to your parents for feeling unfriendly behavior of staff and the issue which you have gone through regarding breakfast charges and rooms not ready on your arrival. As I gone through with your booking with us and received voucher from the Expedia with the check-in time mentioned 12:00 PM and the breakfast is on chargeable basis. But you reached the hotel early and asked both rooms close by each other. My colleague has respected your requirement and arrange the room as per your requirement which takes time and given you 1 room by 11:22 AM and 2nd room you have taken by 07:00 PM, Because you went outside the hotel. I would like to request you share your contact detail and mail to rm.gulbarga@kyriadindia.com. we promise to contact you & resolve this at the earliest.

Good hotel in Gulburga ... however the pricing is over priced considering Gulburga as a destination...
