At first the front Desk lady seemed so serious but she was nice and they made sure all was working good

Check in was fast. The lady at the desk came from the back right away. She gave me commentary water which was appreciated. The bed was comfortable.The room was clean. We had a little view of the bay. The regular coffee wasn’t replenished. We had to pull/push the door shut.The door stuck from the metal on the door frame at the latch.

All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean but there was carpet tape on the floor RM303. The hotel is adjacent to a busy 6 lane highway that is very busy. Our room was on the highway side and it was not east to sleep with the traffic noise. When returning from the beach or shopping you have to turn left across three lanes of traffic (no traffic light) which is very challenging especially during rush hour.

As for employee staffing at our property, it is expected and normal for a property of this size to operate with one agent on duty during certain hours while still being able to tend to our guests. I returned to this property for the second time this year is reliable safe clean. The only thing that kept me from giving it an even five star rating was the breakfast.
