Expectations. So cute , it had all we needed, super clean, great location . We loved everything about it. Highly recommended.

Place was OK, Host was not
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhen we entered the house there was an awful grinding noise coming from the fridge. Since we checked in late, we messaged the host and asked them to look into it the next day. Later the next day, we received a message from the host that said they can't fix it during our stay, but the fridge is cooling. Now you should know that the fridge is adjacent to the main living area so this noise made using the living area unbearable. I messaged the host that the news was disappointing & asked if we could get some sort of compensation for the noise and inconvenience. We NEVER heard back from the host again on this topic - even after two more attempts. With poor communications skills like this, the host does NOT deserve Premier Host status..

To all future guests...maintenance was sent to the property as soon as we where notified of an issue. Upon inspection it was determined that a part was needed but not warranted to possibly reduce what was called a "humming" noise from the interior fan of the freezer. The unit was functioning and cooling as necessary for food safety. There was continued communication throughout the stay.

Perfect space close to the beach
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI loved the location and the house. Living room and kitchen is a little small, but perfect for a small amount of people. Only complaint is that the tv in the living room kept malfunctioning, and I had to restart it several times.

Publié le 20 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was cute and perfect for us. Super easy walk to the beach. There were plenty of good restaurants close by to choose from. We loved having a front and back deck to sit on after a day at the beach.

Overall property was very nice for the price. The dining area is too small for 4 people. Short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Gulf Shores. Only negative, trash trucks were noisy bright and early every morning.
