Condo 404 is a one bedroom, one & 1/2 Bath unit which also has bunk beds in the hall W/ pocket door to provide privacy to the full size twin bunks and bed room from the kitchen and living room area for additional sleeping pleasure while others may be night Owls. 2-Queen sleeper sofa Plus recliner in living room. The condo can sleep 6 comfortably. A washer and dryer is also in the unit. The large private balcony is a direct gulf view offering a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Wake up early to view the sunrise and dolphins or watch the sunset or just plain beach watching. The unit is centrally located within walking distance of the 'T' at Highway 59, The Hangout, Pink Pony Pub, many of the dining establishments, downtown festivals and shopping. It's only minutes to the Gulf State Pier, the many amusement parks, Flora-Bama, The Wharf and Amphitheater, zoo, golf courses, marinas, Perdido Pass, jetties, nature trails, Fort Morgan, ferry to Dauphin Island, dolphin tours, para-sailing, library, museum and other attractions. It is also just a short drive North to OWA, the Outlet Mall or Train Museum in Foley.

This complex has many amenities including an heated outdoor pool w/restroom at pool area, large grilling area with over-sized charcoal grills, picnic, very short boardwalk to the beach, chairs and tables at pool, covered under building for loading and unloading, Carts to help get your stuff upstairs. limited handicapped parking, ample carts, buggies and one elevator.
To the east of Gulf Shores, it is a 45 minute drive to Pensacola Florida where you may visit the Naval Air Station (home of the Blue Angels), the Naval Flight Museum and the Pensacola Greyhound Dog Track. A one hour drive west brings you to Mobile Bay where the USS Alabama is docked. The Casinos in Biloxi, Mississippi are located a short drive west of Mobile. We have Ring doorbell on condo front door only!
