Terrible room.

I didn't get the room that I booked and I dont believe that it was for the same price. The room i was given didnt look anything into comparison for the room i paid for.

The bed was very comfortable but the overall hotel needs updating. I paid extra for a balcony but could not sit out there because of how dirty it was. They don’t give the balconies any attention. The clerk when I first arrived early said she would call me when my room was ready and she didn’t. And there is no way they should be charging for the breakfast it should be complimentary.

Weekend stay.

I paid for breakfast for two through the Hotels.com app but had no proof of it so they wouldn’t honor my breakfast purchase.The bathroom had a dirty bath mat on the floor that was still wet and brown in color. For the price the hotel appeared to. be old and needed a makeover in certain areas .

Wonderful stay. Very friendly staff. Felt comfortable staying here and would certainly stay with them again.

The guest service at the desk was very good. The hotel lobby was clean and neat. The room was clean and neat. The pillows were not comfortable. The mattress had a sag that was settled in where the two people have been lying. No free coffee in the lobby. The coffee from the coffee maker in the room was pretty bad.
