Upon entering the home, you are welcomed by open concept living at its best. Capturing your imagination first are the expansive views of the Gulf through the glass wall on the south side of the open gathering room. The living area is entrancing with a modern design & coastal hues featuring comfortable seating with a large flat screen TV. The marble kitchen is large & features plenty of counter space, industrial appliances, & bar seating at the island. The double dishwashers make cleanup a breeze. The built-in ice maker makes whipping up cocktails a breeze. Gather around the wooden dining table or an additional dining area & seating on the outdoor deck. No details were missed in the design & structural intricacy of this modern build. Opening the sliding glass doors to the pool deck engages the warm Gulf breezes. Here you can enjoy your private pool & hot tub and a second dining room table. Step down to the sand to feel the sand between your toes and take the short walk to the beautiful blue Gulf water. A corridor off this Great Room includes a washer/dryer & utility closet. It ends on the north side of the home with two one bedroom suites, each with floor to ceiling windows, designer furniture & contiguous bathrooms.

The stars of this floor are the two Gulf front master bedroom suites with king size beds, spacious balconies with outdoor seating & resort style bathrooms. On the north side of the home are two well appointed Master Bedroom suites with king beds, floor to ceiling windows & private baths. An additional bedroom with one queen bed is a great spot for that young adult who loves privacy & completes this level.

The top floor of this luxury home features the beautifully appointed Grand Master Bedroom Suite featuring a king bed, a luxurious master bathroom & a large private balcony with a masterful view of the Gulf. The highlights of the master bathroom, also with Gulf views, are a massive two-person shower and a soaking tub. Marble tile lines the floor & walls in this stunning sanctuary-of-relaxation. Across the hall from this sumptuous Master Suite is a bunk room with two single beds, each having its own TV. French doors open to a balcony providing a bird's eye view of the lagoon.

The Entertainment Area of the house is located on the ground level under the house and approximately 100 ft from direct beach access. This covered area features an outdoor shower, a grilling area with a grill, a bar, a second outdoor seating area, dart board, & corn hole game. Just outside the Entertainment Area is an area complete with Adirondack chairs perfect for sitting under the stars. This is the perfect place to gather, toss some food on the grill & throw back some beverages while enjoying the outdoors protected from any weather extremes. For those traveling with bicycles, scooters, surf boards, etc, there is a convenient storage shed.
