The trip to Gulf Shores was fabulous. The amenities at Lighthouse were very nice. Wonderful view and a nice big patio on the 16th floor. However, if you book with them you will be booking through Vacasa and you need insurance. Hurricane Helene almost kept us from going and there was not going to be any kind of change, refund or even a credit for a later date allowed. We would've lost every dime. We went because eventually Helene moved eastward a bit and Pensacola didn't get hit so flight wasn't canceled. We lucked out.
Outside of building is beautiful. Things were clean. The condo itself was quited outdated with furnishings. Living room furniture was very worn down and not very comfortable. Beds were fine. This vacation would be 5 stars if condo was updated and they were more flexible for bad weather.

Please know we are working closely with our local teams and offering the option to move dates and homes to the guests whose vacation rental was impacted by the Hurrincane.
