The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean. It was very quiet and the carded access made it feel safe. My only complaint was the TV was too small for the room and the reception was questionable. The remote did not work half of the time.

Even though the building we stayed in only had two floors, I found it very odd there was no elevator. Room was clean but didn’t have a clean scent.Breakfast options were good, had to walk to the other building though.Very convenient location, about a 4-5 minute drive to the beach.

Bathroom issues
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsBathtub did not drain. Bathtub faucet was running constantly. No hot water in room. Bathroom sink looks terrible. It probably needs chalking or replacing. There was a hanger in the bathroom which made me think the bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Centrally located. Nice area not to far from the beach or foley for shopping

Clean room
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsNo place to hang your clothes. No closet and no hooks, no iron. The pools was not clean. You would not even see your foot at the bottom of the pool. There was a lot of sand at the bottom of the pool as well

Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Shores. It wasn’t that bad of a drive to the beach.
