Great neighborhood in Fort Morgan

Wish it was closer to neighborhood pool but that’s the only drawback—- if you have several younger kids recommend renting a golf cart to go back and forth to pool too. Beach is walkable with small kids.

There are 2 community pools. The closest pool is only 2 blocks from the beach house.

Vacation 2024
Publié le 15 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything as in the pictures. Owners super easy to communicate with. Lots of room for our Family vacation. Short walk to beach. They do have beach toys, chairs and various yhings for family on the beach. Our family was extremely pleased.

Lightning fast customer service
Publié le 15 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayBattery was dead on door lock, so we could not get into house. The owner fixed the problem quickly and without drama. Given the remote location of the house this issue warrants comment.

Because we are so close to the beach, saltwater can sometimes corrode the battery to the keyless locks that are used for entry. For this reason, we keep a separate lock box, with a key, so our guest never have to wait for a locksmith to get in.

Nice Unit!
Publié le 23 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayEasy access/walk to beach without crossing any roads. Unit is a duplex with no common wall with the other unit so nice separation/privacy. Property Manager was very available and responsive through VRBO messaging.

Family stay

Beds were confortable however the top of the bunk beds were dirty and full of tiny mosquitoes. There was some leaking from the ceiling, and some of the furniture was old. Over all we had a good time.

Comfortable family spot with good water views!
Publié le 13 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayDuneWalk West provided plenty of space for our family of 5 and we felt like the pictures did not do it justice. Our favorite spot was the porch and its view of the water. Great for soaking up some awesome Gulf breezes and sunshine! It’s located in a more secluded part of Morgantown, which was nice for privacy’s sake. We enjoyed having access to the community pools as well. Would stay again if we returned to the area!
