Hôtel moyen. La propreté est à revoir. Le petit déjeuner plus que moyen et le café était froid.

The only issues i had was the tub was clogged a little and the remote to the tv didnt work. The tv would not go loud enough for us to hear it at all.

Not pleased...
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsI had general expectations for a Red Roof Inn but I was let down for what I walked into the room and saw. To begin, the office was close. I had to go to the Motel 6 to check in. That front desk clerk was very pleasant and efficient. I appreciated her. The room was filthy. There were stains on the walls and on the door. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was one small towel and not two. I went to plug in the dresser and there was a hair ball clouding around the the plug--disgusting. The room can absolutely be cleaner. The ice machine was nasty was well; slimy mold/mildew on it. The office attendant that came to the room at 11:06am to remind me that I was supposed to be out of the room already could have extended some grace. I had no intentions on staying another hour later let alone another night. Overall, I was very disappointed in this stay.

I had to wait 30 min on staff to check in. The towels were stained and soiled. The floors hadnt been cleaned in forever. Overall, bad location. Wont stay again.
