Paradise and Bulldozers?
Publié le 16 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe loved the house and location; beautiful sunrises and sunsets always. Plenty of room for our guests!
What we didn't expect though was the last week of 24/7 beach dredging and reshaping which closed the beach directly in front of us. Fortunately, it reopened on our last day so we could enjoy a final beach walk....my happy place. A few maintenance issues were addressed promptly by the very helpful staff. Would stay at Paradox again.

Publié le 7 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful two weeks here. The location was exactly what we hoped for and spending time at the beach was glorious. We also had ample inside space for our four generations to be together and apart when needed. We appreciated having seating for everyone at mealtimes! Many games were played and everyone slept well also. We saw dolphins multiple times daily and that was an unexpected bonus!

Wonderful Beach Home

12 Dear Friends together
Publié le 20 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayI was able to find this property for our six couple trip. All six couples told me that this was the perfect place for our get together. We were right on the beach. The back wall of windows allowed us to view the beach from the house. The place was clean and no “surprises” meant that our stay was fantastic. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect layout for large families
Publié le 24 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwaySize was perfect. Very helpful when we called management. Like having a private beach. Negatives were little fruit flies type bugs, toilet seat broken, no hand towels (asked for them, got wash cloths), need more than 2 outdoor garbage cans (especially for 17 people) left refrigerator not working properly, would like to have had an instruction sheet telling us what days are garbage pickup, rules about not leaving canopies on the beach at night etc. I would have liked bathroom bars in the tub/shower since I am an elderly person. Overall, it was a fantastic place for our large family and we have made wonderful memories to cherish for a long time.

Just what we hoped for
Publié le 15 juill. 2019 sur HomeAwayMy family of 13 couldn't have enjoyed a property more. It accommodated us comfortably and provided the beach privacy we were looking for. There was plenty of hot water for all of us. The kitchen has higher-end appliances including 2 refrigerator/freezers. My one and only issue (a minor one) is that the AC's for the main level areas do not cool evenly, the two gulf-side bedrooms stayed noticeably warmer than the two street-side bedrooms, all of which were a different temp from the central living area. This is the reason for the 4-star Overall rating rather than giving a 5-star Overall rating. But, that is a minor issue and does not deter us from staying there again.
