Beautiful beachview 4Br/2Ba Home , has 7 beds (sleeps 13), covered parking, conveniently located in best beaches on MS Coast, near shopping, malls, beach stores, restaurants, casinos.

Residence has "Ocean View" from every window and from the large 14’ x 20’ deck overlooking the MS Gulf and Beaches. Residence is in excellent condition, and is professionally managed

Owner takes meticulous care of the property. The location is central to everything the coast has to offer. Close to beaches, shopping malls, casinos, restaurants, ball parks, coliseum, water parks, etc.

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished 4 bedroom/2 bath townhome. The Master bedroom#1 is furnished with two queen size beds, flatscreen tv, and master bath with jacuzzi jetted large roman tub. In addition, we have added one XL adult length Twin Bed in a private nook room that has private door to make it it's own bedroom#2, being located just off of the master bedroom. Bedroom#3 features two full size beds, tv and also private access to the bathroom. Bedroom#4 features one queen size bed, flatscreen tv, and private entrance to the second bathroom. The living room couch converts to a sofa sleeper with a full size mattress which makes the total of 7 adult length beds available. Our townhome features sleeping accomodations for 13 guests.

The living room is furnished with one sofa sleeper and one love seat, flat screen tv with cable and internet included, and opens to the dining room and the kitchen & bar area . The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all stainless type appliances including refrigerator with icemaker, dw, microwave, disposal, glasstop stove, pantry, granite countertops, and barstools. The kitchen is fully furnished with all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, silverware, coffemaker and toaster to enable comfortable times when cooking.

The outdoor living space includes a large 14' wide deck equipped with table & chairs. Deck has great ocean view and serves for usage both sitting above deck and covered below deck for lounging & BBQ grilling in the shade.

Primary parking is covered, and plenty of extra parking is available in rear parking lot area within 30 feet of the residence, so its easy short walk to the front door. Situated near the beach, local malls, casinos, nightlife, seafood restaurants, fishing piers, family fun areas. Community pool is open weekdays Memorial Day through Labor Day. For additional amazing water fun visit the Gulf Islands Waterpark with waterslides, wave pool, kiddy splash, lazy river tube floating and zip lines is only a short drive from this 4Br/2ba beachview home. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of beach activities, water fun, several casino’s nearby, relax and later watch the sunset from the balcony off the living room.

Very clean. Smelled great. Plenty of beds. Nice quiet neighborhood. We had everything we needed. We walked everywhere. The Dive Bar for karaoke and pool, Felix’s for food, and the beach. The host was awesome and attentive. Thank you for helping to make our girls trip special.

Failing picnic table I got hurt in my back
I sat at picnic table bench and out of no where it broke causing me to fall and get hurt, we text the property owner with issue and they showed zero concern for me and the fact that I’m hurting they only sent a repair man over to repair the bench which was just as bad and not level if your going to book this place I recommend that you look elsewhere. There was a nice gentleman that came by bringing us donuts and beer and wine even offered to pay us $100 for a dozen of our farm fresh eggs at that point I knew he was just trying to buy us off. He offered to book us at a different location for a different week after he left we never heard from him again. Huge disappointment I still need to go to dr and get checked out because I’m still in pain

Quiet and Comfortable for a large group
Check in was very easy. The house was clean and would could tell had been sanitized. We were only there for a night with 7 adults for a nursing conference. We did not use any ameneties. The only issue we had was the "4th bedroom" was a twin bed in the closet, of one of the bedrooms. it has a vent and cool just odd setup for adults. Facility had plently of parking and easy to find. The porch had a picnic table with an umbrella with a view of the beach. Would stay again,

My daughter has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and wanted to have a family vacation at the gulf! Thank you Tim for helping make her wish come true! Our family of 10 had the best time ever. Only complaint would be to please take off your listing that there is a pool. It is a public pay pool Other than than that we loved your condo and the entire trip!!!

Loved it!!
Wife, family, and I visited Gulfport to spend Thanksgiving with our airman that is in tech school. This unit was perfect. Plenty of space and beds, outdoor seating upstairs and downstairs, view of ocean with maybe a 1 minute walk to beach, Felix’s Oyster bar within walking distance, and short drives to grocery stores, more restaurants, and casinos. We’ll look to stay here again when we visit next time.

Our first time to the Gulfport area. We enjoyed some deep sea charter fishing. The townhouse apartment was clean and with 6 beds was plenty of room for our family of 6. The area is quite and didn’t seem to have many tourists in Oct. We will definitely be going back

Excellent for a group trip.
I took my 25-year-old brother and his friends to this spot for his bachelor trip. The property was great in every way. There was enough room for 10-12 adults to sleep, and it was mere steps from the beach. I would highly recommend this property for a group trip.

Had a big bachelor trip planned for my best friend and others but it was stressful process at first finding a good place to stay. I found it difficult to look for a good quality place with the amount of beds i needed with the location and price point we wanted. This was the perfect fit. Although there are other homes or condos that might be in the same price point and location, most others had strict HOA rules. Also other rules like no party rules in our case that was limiting our ability to have the-bachelor trip we wanted. This specific company/owners were super cool about everything had a whole bunch of parking options (another issue I was having at first) and were not restricted under any HOA rules. Tim was great help the entire time, we had a small issue with the door lock but he was one call away and instantly fixed our issue. If your looking for a place to stay that has great customer service and people who are willing to help out if needed you need to contact these guys! Also thank you guys and Tim for making it all so smooth
