Service rapide de navette entre aéroport-hôtel Malgré que je sois arrivée à 14h, j'ai eu accès à ma chambre immédiatement. Ce fut très apprécié en arrivant d'un long voyage en avion. Très bons petits déjeuners complets inclus. Très beau coin cuisine impressionnant: frigo, micro ondes, lave-vaisselle, vaisselle, casseroles etc... coin salon bien aménagé également. Deux petits inconvénients constatés: problèmes avec la chasse d'eau des toilettes, importantes poussées d'air frais par une grande grille au mur (permettant une circulation d'air frais) beaucoup trop près du lit.

Pool has live growing alge and they knew it. Hot tub did not heat day on, missed a whole day of nighttime soaking. Certain staff in the kitchen area seemed to be upset if you spoke to them or asked to have their " warm " coffee warmed up in the microwave. Not our best stay. Will not stay next trip. Not worth making a reservation.

Easy access to I-10 and just minutes from the airport and rental car return. Friendly staff. It would be nice for airport hotels to have breakfast at 5:00-5:30 for people with early flights. Wishful thinking. There is a nice outlet mall minutes away.
Our room was clean. We had a separate bedroom and TV. There is a double dresser but the drawers would not close properly.
As to housekeeping — the bottom sheet on the bed had a pinkish colored stain near the bed pillow. The bathtub has a large dirty looking stain near drain.
In the living area, the curtains are worn at the bottom. The hemmed portion was detached and dragging on the floor.
