Great place & great location!
This was an absolutely perfect place for my husband and I to visit his home town and attend the Second St Mardi Gras parade with friends! It was so clean and perfectly decorated! We really enjoyed the porch for reading and a cocktail! And location, location, location. We will definitely book again in the future since we try to get to Gulfport several times a year.... thanks so much!

This property was exactly if not better than the pictures, actually better than the pictures. It is a loft above the owner's three car garage, so there is no elevator but not a lot of stairs (in my opinion). A train does come through, this is no fault of the management company, the train has to blow its horn to warn those that are not paying attention that it is coming through. If you are a light sleeper, this may disturb you. I only heard the train once and slept through the other occurrences. Someone mentioned that the loft gets hot. We didn't experience that and we stayed during Memorial Day weekend. I love a cold house but had to turn the thermostat up to 73 (which is unheard of in my house in Texas, we keep it at 69/70) because it got a little chilly. Pros: 1) Two parking spaces were provided for our car and our daughter and son-in-law's car. 2) Two bedrooms and two bathrooms 3) Lovely balcony to sip your coffee or tea on and enjoy the breeze in the morning 4) Close to all of the eateries and beach in Gulfport 5) Great and safe neighborhood (according to family that lived in Gulfport) 6) Great and fast communication from the property manager Cons: None - we had a very pleasant stay and if we are in Gulfport again, this is where we will try to stay.

Great Location
Enjoyed the location of this property in reference to beach and restaurants and the amenities at the property. The owner is very nice. There are really no true negatives except that heat rises to the top and the property is upstairs and the AC unit does not cool it properly. I had the thermostat set to 72 but the unit remained at 77 degrees. This was during a seasonably cool spring weekend in Gulfport where I grew up.

The location of the property is within walking distance to the beach and also a few different restaurants. It was a little confusing finding the parking the first time, but once I found it, it was no problem getting to it.

The property was beautifully decorated and clean. The amenities made us feel at home. The kitchen was fully stocked with the basics including spices and cooking oils. Relaxing stay
The property is as it looks online. The accomodations where very comfortable and perfect for 2-4 people. The property manager and owners were great to talk to and work with. Shaggys restaurant which is so convenient to the property is a great place to hangout and eat. Being our first time in Mississippi coast we didn't expect the water to be so different from Florida but we went when it wasn't hot so we just enjoyed laying on the beach... didn't mind not swimming. Overall, we really enjoyed our relaxing visit to Gulfport and the Seagrass Loft.
