***Due to many guests leaving items behind PLEASE make sure to check for all your belongings. We will not be responsible for items left behind.
We totally get it—no one loves rules, including us! But we’ve had to put some guidelines in place based on what we've learned along the way. We really appreciate our amazing guests who love our place as much as we do and want to help keep it great for their return visits and for future guests!

1. All overnight guests must be registered at time of booking. 4 Guests max.

2. Please do not eat or drink anything other than water in the loft/bedroom areas. You may incur additional cleaning fees. Lofts are best suited for very active adults and older children, require the use of steps and a low ceiling entry/exit. It is a loft so it may get hot in summer.

3. The door locks require the WIFI to work properly. Please do not unplug.

4. Check out time is anytime prior to 10am to allow our cleaning company time to properly clean and sanitize the home.

5. Parking is available on the gravel pad directly beside the stairs. Absolutely NO PARKING is allowed in front of the cabin or blocking the driveway/road at anytime. The roadway must be accessible at all times for emergency vehicles. All vehicles parked in front of the cabin or blocking the road will be towed at owners expense.

6. All guests are required to follow all postage signage.

7. We prefer for our to not smoke any where on our property. No smoking is allowed inside or on the deck of the property including cannabis. If you absolutely must smoke cigarettes, please throw butts away in silver canister by deck. Our cleaning fee does not include cleaning up butts from our outside areas including the firepit. Thank you.

8. Our cleaning fee is based off of a courteous guest. Please treat our home the way you would your own, do not cook fish or any other item that would cause a lingering odor.
