The room was missing the blow dryer. The t white towels were stained. And the ice maker that is located outside did not work. No bag was even in the ice bucket nor was there a bag for dirty laundry. There is no coffee maker in the room but the lobby stayed locked so you could not get. In there for coffee nor was there any made. This room cost $82 a night and you can’t even get ice, coffee, or breakfast although Expedia advertises as though they have a complimentary breakfast. The bed has uneven lumps as well.

It’s unique that you have to pay $5 for a real towel because the towels that they have are not even body size and they give you two even if you stay for a whole weekend. I don’t like that I’m supposed to be able to get coffee in the lobby because they don’t have coffee pots in the rooms. Every time I have gone to get some, the door is locked and no one is in the lobby working as well as the coffee has never even been made. Also, the air conditioning doesn’t work well and the floors are dirty.

There was never anyone in the office or on premises. We were suppose to get free continental breakfast but the office was always closed. I tried calling but only got voicemail with no one calling back. If there had been an emergency we would have been in trouble. The room was clean but the window of both rooms were broken and when we told staff they didnt seem to care.(The only time we saw staff was when we checked in and that was 30 min after checkin time) I was very dissapointed and think I should get a refund since we had to buy breakfast. the continenal breakfast is the number 1 reason we booked this hotel.

Supposed to have continental breakfast, which I didn't want. However, did want coffee and at 8:30 a.m. was not able to enter lobby. Had to leave without my coffee. I'm not a happy camper!

Time was 3 o’clock nobody is in office till 4 o’clock gravel parking lot for trucks. Nice people.
