The staff at the property is really nice. I liked my stay . The buffet breakfast surely needs some improvements

The rooms are small and untidy. Feels a bit unsafe within the hotel.
Mall adjoining the hotel is the only saving grace.

Cooperative & Well behaved staff. Dinning is fine & dinning staff are well behaved.

Carpet was filthy and beddings old. My dust allergies were activated within 10 minutes of being in the room, indicating poor cleaning. Customer service from reception and management was also terrible. They didn't care to address any of our concerns, and rather, were only fixated on emphasising that there was not going to be any refund for the decision we had made to check out. Either way, we had to check out the same day as it was totally inhabitable and the staff were indifferent to our complaints. There are far much better options in Gurgaon and at more competitive prices than what this hotel offers. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.
