This is the worst experience i had with any hotel ever. I have stayed in various hotels before but never seen such terrible service , facilities and rooms. The room was dirty. We asked for a fan at least 10 times because there AC was not working properly. Zero service. The lobby manager was very rude. Overall pathetic experiece for the kind of money they charged.

Needs a bit of improvement.

A tired hotel. Needs to be updated.
Publié le 5 juill. 2024 sur HotelsCleanliness was lacking. Found hairs on the floor. No handtowels. Pillows were hard. No bath slippers either. Breakfast was good. Front office excellent. Very helpful. Car parking valet scratched my car. Saw it later. Very disappointing.
