total indifference to the guests, total lack of services, absolutely no care, restaurant with very poor choice, if you ask for something, such as drinking water or a taxi no one will ever help you. we asked to book a taxi at 5 am, for the airport, the consierge assured us that he had booked the and instead, at 5 there was no taxi. this was just the first, in a long list of lies that they told us. they are all absolutely unreliable. Never again at the Anya hotel.

Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HotelsStayed for two nights at this family owned hotel that is close to the Taj Mahal. It's in the middle of Agra, so you'll hear the sounds of the city 24/7, but it is located a block from a main street so not as noisy as other nearby hotels. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and you have access to sit and relax on the rooftop which was decorated nicely. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner that is cooked by the family. You sit on the balcony with the other guests and socialize while eating. All of the guests during my stay were mainly from Europe and pleasant to talk to. The hotel also offer transportation and tour guide services. I signed up for a Tuk Tuk driver named Baloo and a tour guide named Adil to take us to the Taj and Agra fort for a day. When you get to the Taj, expect to be mobbed by men offering to be your photographer. I refused them and Adir took our photographs for us instead, did a wonderful job I might add. If I ever made my way through Agra again, I would definitely book this hotel again.
