Very noisy hotel, had to make a few calls to main lobby at 2 and 3 am, when I returned home, the hotel charged my credit card again for my 4 day stay even through I already paid through expedia. Im still fighting to get my money back. Not a good experience, I probably will not book again through a thrid party for this reason

well, the first room key we were given to us to an occupied room; later we were told they had some computer issues, so we were given anotehr key to a room that was empty and ours. in teh room there was only one bath towel. other than that, it was a typical hampton inn stay, good room clean, friendly staff, and nice breakfast buffet

My room was downgraded due to the door was broken. None of the room door locks worked so we had to have staff escort us to let us in anytime we wanted to leave. The room we did end up in was very dirty. There were scuffs all over the walls and headboard. Very much in need of tlc. We were offered a discount but as everything goes through Expedia, I wasn't going to get any compensation for the mess. We left as early as we could.

Toilet didn’t work and the elevator also stopped working for a few hours. Thankfully, the elevator was fixed by the next morning.
