Why did I pay 2 times for 1 night?
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room was clean and comfortable. We slept and left. We reserved the room on Hotels.com. We also were charged by the hotel for the room. Not sure why Hotels.com lists hotels that don't accept the paid reservation. we stayed sat night sunday am

Clean, simple. No amenities.

What I expected

The property was clean but my room was terrible. Pillow case and sheets were yellow, the tub was dirty, the room smelled horrible, awful experience not booking there again.
