Old and dingy. The floors are moulded and stink . Wi-Fi is the worse ever . U get disconnected every 2 mins. Staff doesn’t pick up the call for in room dining . Clearly a no no the next time

Bad Stay

AC was not working and had to sleep and the hotel staff lied to me that there is problem with the central ac system but I figures out that only my room's ac was not working.

Bad location and that service

The area is very noisy.we asked another room and got an old non renovated room. I had to fight to get the room level that we booked.when we finally got that room, we asked to put beds together. The pushed both beds on one of the walls, so that one of them we not accessible. Moreover, they didn't put connector between both beds so that we were falling in between both during the night.

Eerst dacht ik: waar kom ik nu terecht. Maar het hotel is redelijk luxe, netjes, met bar en restaurant, prima eten, comfortabel bed.

Cannot reach there by car during daytime.. extremely congested market. Building facade/entrance and lobby is decent but the corridors and rooms are damp.. food is very expensive.

Great Location, Hotel bit tired and dated

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the bazar area and within easy walking distance of the river and city sights. The hotel decor was very dated. The room was clean but the window were filthy and it was difficult to see out of them. I ate in the Indian restaurant, the food was good.

Stayed here for the 2nd time. Very comfortable stay. Courteous staff.
