1) In the net it is mentioned 3 star property but the rooms are damp and shavvy and stringent smell coming
2) In breakfast , the sambar is served in plastic bowls and water in plastic glasses
3) food quality is bad too.

Worst room

Location: good right in the heart of awesome street.
Room: was average. Spring of the mattress were sticking on to our bones.
Bathroom: was clean with good hot water.
Food : paid food was very good but free breakfast was yuk.
Staff: reception staff was very nice and friendly but the room service guy took the cash of the food before even we can look at it...that went a bit weird i didnot like that.

The room I was ushered in there was no TV. So, they gave me another room and the TV was not working. So, they shifted me to another room. It was OK. The first room seemed horrible compared to the last room.

Low maintenance

Pour : Good Location
Contre : The Rooms looked unmaintained, the bathrooms as well. They said the swimming pool was under maintenance but it was dirty water where mosquitoes breed.
Emplacement : Nice location. Very nice shops and restaurants nearby.
Room was not cleaned as expected, although we punched "clean my room" button and left the room keys at the reception counter, the room was not cleaned at all when we came back in the evening.

Excellent location and spacious rooms
Publié le 27 févr. 2018 sur HotelsThe hotel is located very close to shopping malls and departmental stores. Unfortunately, their swimming pool was closed. The breakfast was good but was served very late (10 am). This is not acceptable. The room where breakfast was served has no tables. The guests had to hold their plates while eating.

Bad experience to stay at Starline Grand
Publié le 28 nov. 2017 sur HotelsLocation and room size is good but ill maintained. Full of mosquito, couldn't sleep the first night. Ceiling fan was far away from the bed.
