Nice hotel, awful air conditioning always broken, our room was 25c. Need to be fixed urgently. Breakfast was good but same everyday. No lunch in the restaurant and only dinner Monday to Thursday. No other are restaurants close by…

We regret the inconvenience you experienced with your air conditioning. As you have noticed, we have done our utmost to resolve this situation and we are already on deck to ensure that it does not happen again. Our guests usually appreciate our breakfast and don't hesitate to let us know about it, often praising the wide choice and quality of the products on offer. Between sweet, savoury, hot and cold products, we are surprised that our wide choice was not enough for you. You are right to highlight our restaurant's opening times. It is open from Monday to Thursday for dinner. On other days, our team will be happy to recommend and book the best restaurants in the area. Guyancourt and the surrounding area are full of excellent places that we would be delighted to help you discover.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and offer you an experience that lives up to your expectations, perhaps to take advantage of our heated outdoor swimming pool in fine weather.
