The hotel smelled like pot inside and out. It was so thick inside we could smell it in our room at night. Couldn’t leave fast enough. No idea how it’s rated 9/10.

If I were you, I would have called non -emergency local police department and let them handle those people who were smoking marijuana in the hotel room. We have restriction on how many people can be inside one room and hence all of them would have been given a trespassing notice so they could not come back to this hotel. Together we can make it better. Take correct action as soon as possible OR write anonymous review later is your choice. Make better choices! Thank you for choosing Simple Rewards Inn. The desk clerk (woman) was extremely rude.
Informed me that I looked way older than my drivers license picture. Terrible attitude

My first room that was supposed to be non-smoking reeked of smoke. The second room they offered was already occupied by someone asleep. It was only me and my 10 year old daughter, so I asked for a refund so I could go elsewhere. The guy at the front desk gave me a story about an old credit card machine and a week wait for a refund, adding that they had a stack of refunds they needed to process. He also asked me if the sleeping person was male or female (??), to which I replied that I didn’t get that far to look- as soon as I saw someone in the bed I turned right back around. I was surprised this place had so many reviews, I would never recommend it to anyone. When we left and found another hotel, my daughter was very relieved as she said she felt uncomfortable from the minute we walked in. I hope I can actually get my money back, but I’m doubtful as the whole experience was super sketchy from the get-go.

El lugar esta en buena ubicación limpio y muy agradable, si eres de sueño ligero no te lo recomiendo es cerca de truck stop y siempre hay movimiento o ruido
