The service was very good but the room bedsheet was not clean. I had to call reception to highlight it and after that they changed the sheet and pillow covers again

Great stay. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff is very professional. Breakfast is sumptuous and tasty.

Gwalior visit.

It was a decent experience. The entire staff were really polite and prompt with their service. Full points to them. The breakfast was also pretty nice. The room was spacious and neatly laid out. The bed was quite comfortable and the air conditioning was good too. There were a couple of nagging issue though. Firstly, the toilet had a peculiar odour all throughout our stay and then there was no warm water after 11pm. Upon asking the reception, we were told that they shut the boiler in the night. So, there wasn't any 24 hour running hot water supply. Even in the mornings the water was just about tepid.

Perfect place to stay in Gwalior.

Clark’s inn suites is a comparatively new property. The shower is most powerful I have found in 4 and 5 star property across India. The spa is excellent. We did not use swimming pool but had meal in restaurant in the evening which was delicious.

Unfortunately the only decent hotel in Gwalior

The location of the hotel is fairly central. The check-in for me took more than 30 mins, they also did not have my updated reservations. The Rooms are very small for the price they charge. The place although done up well, the bathroom was stinking and every time somebody flushed I could hear it in the room! Wi-fi was poor and slow
