Lizards in the rooms
Publié le 17 août 2022 sur HotelsThe rooms with double beds were very limited. We as a family had to adjust in twin beds. The tiled floor had cracks. The area next to the room was not very clean. I think it belonged to house keeping department. Worst of all, there was a lizard in the bathroom! We had also checked a suite, that too had a lizard.

Publié le 1 mars 2020 sur Hotelslet's start from the restaurant: menu a la carte: we ordered 2 soups: after 5 minutes they answered: not available, so we passed to the main course: we asked meat (mutton), again the answer "not available": we went out to an other restaurant. Breackfast: totally unsufficient: better to avoid.
last: on checking out they asked to pay the breakfast, that was already paid....

Good hotel. Nice staff. Food was great. In the central of Gwalior.
