Not so nice points - little improvement required in housekeeping/cleaning department - something like a deep clean, otherwise everything was great.
Staff is very courteous and warm. One will not be disappointed staying here. Room sizes are good. Don't know whether better options exists in this category.

Good hotel, service can be better
Publié le 1 janv. 2022 sur HotelsService is OK. Can be better. We requested the front desk to help us with TV twice and no one showed up. We requested new keys made since the existing keys were not working. Three people of different job titles were requested and still did not get done.
Breakfast had a good variety but was not up to the mark of a Radisson hotel.
