Publié le 8 nov. 2023 sur HotelsOld grand style hotel, service was very efficient and place was very clean and kept up, will stay there again. Unfortunately Music Garden was being renovated so it was not open, very close to town square and alot of places to walk around and eat.

Publié le 6 sept. 2023 sur HotelsThe Araks Complex has a wonderful helpful staff, is right in the middle of everything and its a grand old dame, but note - it does not have air conditioning in the rooms. It got quite warm in the summer.

Publié le 26 août 2023 sur HotelsMy room had a 5/5feet seating area with a small bathe area and there was a ladder to go upstairs there was a bed and TV very low calling no air they gave me a fan I had to wash my used glasses of day before to use

Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. Highly unprofessional and rude staff, unvelievably uncomfortable beds, old bathrooms, looks like a cheap motel with odor. It is better to sleep on the floor than to sleep on those meds believe me. Nobody cleans the rooms when you asked them to. I requested the room to be cleaned all we got was a new roll of toilet paper. Noisy place, construction going on all day, people screaming, loud music all day. Please spend your money somewhere else. This place is a nightmare.
