Good hotel off the beaten path in Ha Giang
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HotelsGood place to stay in Ha Giang, a bit outside the main part of town which was both good and bad: good in that it was quieter, and less likely to be a roudy, party-like atmosphere, but this also means that you have to walk a bit to reach restaurants if you want (the hotel does have a restaurant on site, so that helps). A couple of things brought this down to a four-star review:
1) We were woken up by roosters very early in the morning. While this is likely out of the hotel's control, it's something to be aware of.
2) The room was cold, and while a space heater was provided it didn't work with the outlets provided in the room. This might have been due to the somewhat unseasonable cold weather that northern Vietnam was having when we visited, so if it was warmer outside this probably wouldn't be an issue.

Además, teneis que probar la comida del restaurante, 100% recomendadas las pizzas después de muchos días comiendo sopa!

Excellent place
Publié le 5 déc. 2022 sur HotelsThe ambience is great and the hostess really went out of her way to be helpful. I enjoyed the view of the mountains behind and the conservation of an older building. However, if you are not on a motorbike, it is a bit of a walk into town -and Ha Giang town doesn't have much to offer.

We stayed there for an overnight stay on our trip further north. Good comfortable room. Family run hotel with reasonable food.
