Publié le 2 juin 2024 sur HotelsC'était un super séjour, l'hôtel est magnifique, la vue est super, le personnel de la réception est formidable, super accueil, proposition de promenade dans la baie d'Ha long, prêt à aider, le personnel en général est super. C'était un séjour vraiment super, je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Wow!!! Juste Wow! On est servis comme des rois les lieux sont magnifiques, l’emplacement et parfait. Le personnel est hyper attentionné. Le déjeuner vaut la peine d’être pris, il y a vraiment beaucoup de choix et c’est délicieux. Les piscines sont magnifiques et propre. Le lieu est calme et reposant. La chambre est grande et la vue sur la baie est très belle. Nous avons ajouté une nuit de plus parce que nous ne voulions pas quitter!

We were there about four nights after super typhoon Yagi devastated the area. Although very little was up and running around Halong Bay, the hotel was operating and we felt very fortunate to have a safe place with running water and electricity throughout our stay. I have the deepest admiration for all the staffs at the hotel for their resiliency and professionalism in the face of such chaos and destruction. A special thank to Pham Minh for always greeting us with a smile and for the informative conversation about the area. I once heard that you don’t know a person’s character until you see them operate under extreme adversity. From what I observed, they have it in spades!

It's located outside CBD, so its quiet but need the transportaion for visiting spots
