Bon hotel confortable

Excellent hotel, chambre grande superbe et tres confirtable, salle debain top avec baignoire. Vu tres belle sur la baie d'halong. Petit dej tre bon! Par contre rien a faire aux alentours.

Hôtel moderne et propre, sur ce point rien a dire. Mais attention, il est situé dans un no mans land, loin des embarcadères pour les visites de la baie et le petit déjeuner n'est pas compris (compter 10 dollars par personne). Vraiment pas terrible comme expérience...

Excellent concierge staff who are very professional, helpful, pleasant, friendly experienced and efficient. Speak good English and impressed by their willingness and sincerity in helping guests solve problems. Check in speedy. We are very pleased with their great service which made our stay very enjoyable and memorable. Breakfast buffet spread decent. Will strongly recommend this cosy hotel for excellent location, cleanliness, relaxing skybar, beautiful skyline and quiet and spacious rooms.

. Wine and dine restaurant was abysmal . Surrounding area completely dead . Building site next door . Pool in separate building, meant you had to walk through the foyer dripping wet as no changing area provided . Skybar beautiful and staff great however only opened at 4pm which meant no outdoor facility to enjoy the weather . Laundry service overpriced, only had a small bag of thin items washed and it cost 1.3 million!!

Great staff! Overall the hotel was located in a great location plus the hotel food was amazing.

I think the hotel is ok the staff need more improvement and need more friendly welcome I was not happy with the bell boy when I come to pick up my stuff at check out

Big construction work nonstop till midnight and from 6am right next to building, receptionists have poor English so misunderstood our request of airport transfer and had a bit of last minute excitement. Spa was disappointing but breakfast was good. Stay here only on route to somewhere more exciting.
