This modern holiday home is located in beautiful surroundings, which can be found in the region of the Little Belt of all places. The house impresses above all with a uniquely great panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, which can be enjoyed both outside and inside. The sea is not far away, which makes extensive bathing days possible in good weather. A variety of cycling, hiking and riding trails can be explored on long excursions. Nearby cities like Hadersleben and Aabenraa invite you to stroll.

On the in-house 160m2 wooden terrace you can make yourself comfortable in the garden furniture provided. On the lounge bench you can enjoy the panoramic view over the water (with a little luck you can even see a porpoise). The existing gas grill is ready to prepare delicious grilled food and, if necessary, a smoker can also be purchased, which should make the hearts of angler friends beat faster. The outdoor shower is often used in summer, which is a great way to cool off after bathing in the sea or sunbathing. In winter, the heating element and outdoor oven create a truly hyggelous atmosphere.

Through the panoramic windows, guests are greeted by a light-flooded atmosphere, which is further emphasized by the high-quality furnishings in the house with loving design elements. The combined living and dining area is the central heart of the modern summer house. The cozy sofa corner, including the oven and TV, invite you to enjoy cozy hours. In addition to meals together, sociable game evenings can be organized at the dining table. The open kitchen with counter was conveniently integrated directly into the dining area and is equipped with all kinds of household goods, so that culinary delights can also be prepared here on vacation.

The house itself is in a good condition. The two bedrooms shine with a loving design and invite you to take a long nap after exploring. For this there is 1 double bed in one room, while the second room has a bunk bed, in which the lower bed is wide enough for 2 people. In the living area there is also an alcove with 2 beds. An open sleeping loft (hems) is located directly above it, which also has 2 beds. The bathroom is modern and has a glass shower cubicle and a toilet.
