Publié le 12 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel is amazing and surrounding nature. Came with family and we had wonderful time. Spa and slimming pool are superb, but most of all staff were so nice and accommodating. Nothing was too much to ask. We will be back, hopefully very soon.

There was an issue with one of the front desk guys. Simply asking him to alert housekeepers to deliver more towels to the room and to do a light cleaning was simply too much for the front desk guy to handle. It was clean enough that he had a chip on his shoulder from the very first words. Maybe he should be behind the scenes collecting trash instead of front facing with customers.

Absolutely beautiful property situated in the woods. Nature around is stunning. They have a fabulous kids playground, indoor pool, jacuzzi that my kids really enjoyed. The food was also delicious. I read reviews that service wasn’t good at the restaurant but that was not our experience at all. The staff was super attentive and fast. Rooms are new, modern and comfortable. Couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.
