The couple owners were friendly, and helpful. The room was comfortable, and clean. Because I got a heat wave, I miss a fan (I don't like air conditioner). I appreciate my stay there.

Publié le 7 juill. 2022 sur HotelsSo I've booked this place and when arrived i could not find it, phoned the number given someone answered and said there is no booking with them then he asked me to come upstairs (block of flats) he said sorry there has been a misunderstanding you do have a booking let me clean the room up which i was fine with, i asked where can i park my motorbike as I'm not leaving it on the streets overnight he said there is no parking either on the street or there is a secure parking 10 minutes away which i wasn't happy with.
I asked him to just give me a refund and I'll book another hotel close by je said yes but now refusing to issue a refund.
After all that i wouldn't book again.
No 1 it says hotel which it isn't
No 2 it says they have parking whick they don't
No 3 not organised at all

Sorry Mohammad, but whenever we get a bad review like yours, it´s because of always the same and only reason: the booker is not able to or does not want to take the time to read the description of the accommodation before he signs this “contract” (the booking).
The only reason for you to leave right away (although you said you wanted to make a few phone calls downstairs and then come up again to talk, but you let me put the fresh bed sheets on and then disappeared without a word ! ) was the fact, that you did not want to park your motorbike on the street and my tip that if you wished there was an official parking lot at the end of the street about 200 m away was too far away for you.

You complain that it is stated we are a hotel but aren´t. Just because the booking website has the word “hotels” in its name, this does not mean, that all the accomodations that can be found on it are hotels.

We are private hosts that rent out a part of their apartment and by your booking you had blocked our only room for other bookings over a period of 2 or 3 weeks. Do you really think I would say: “yes of course, I understand that you don´t want to park your bike on the street like the other neighbours and of course to park it 200 m away is unconscionable, so of course I will dispense with a part of our monthly income and refund you your booking”? Mohammad, I don´t know which world you are living in.
By the way: when you arrived, I did not have “to clean the room”, I simply had to put fresh linen on the bedsheets and the bed, which did not even take 5 minutes.
And had you read your contract that you signed, i.e. the description of our apartment, then you would have known that the “someone (who) answered” your call was the owner of the apartment, namely me. The fact that I did not realize the fact of your booking on the spot was due to the fact that I was still working in home office when you called and your booking was a few weeks ago. Sorry for that but the room was booked for you and ready with the exception of fresh bed sheets that we put on only shortly before the guest arrives, who, by the way, is asked to tell us his/her check-in time in advance, a fact, which you also did not comply with. In other words: we did not have the slightest idea at what time you were going to arrive. You might be astonished to hear this: but even hosts sometimes have other things to do than sitting at home 24 hours a day waiting for some guests… .
