The Space:
Set foot into a historic yet modern sanctuary nestled in the heart of Hagerstown, Maryland. Our top-floor condo offers a tranquil retreat for up to four guests, indulging them with an unforgettable blend of history, charm, and modern comfort.

Staying true to the building's rich past, our vintage condo merges the historically rich features with today's conveniences. An inviting living room boasting comfortable sofas and smart TV provides a perfect hub for intimate gatherings and family movie nights. Curl up on the plush sofa, savoring a glass of wine while recounting your day's adventures.

Each bedroom comes furnished with a queen-size bed adorned with fresh linens and plush pillows, ensuring your nights are just as rewarding as your days. They serve as welcoming sanctuaries, where you can unwind, read your favorite book, and let the cozy ambiance lull you to sleep.

Our kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, awakens your inner master-chef. From an oven to a stove, microwave to a dishwasher, you have everything you need to whip up your culinary delights.

After a long day exploring Hagerstown's rich history, sink into an indulgent, restoring soak in our claw-foot bathtub. The bathroom marries vintage charm with modern-day conveniences, offering you a luxuriously unique experience.

Please note, as our property is a top-floor unit in a vintage building, there is no elevator available. But we promise, the short hike up the stairs is well worth the stunning abode waiting for you.

Guest Access:
Guests will be granted self-check-in via keypad for smooth, hassle-free access. Although a private entrance is not available, we guarantee complete privacy during your stay. Enjoy carefree parking with ample free street slots readily available near our vintage haven.

Immerse yourself in Hagerstown's rich history. Just moments from your doorstep lies the Antietam National Battlefield, a poignant symbol of our nation's past. With winter approaching, imagine returning from an adventurous day at the Whitetail Ski Resort to our condo's cozy confines. Valentine’s Day and Presidents’ Day are just around the corner, making our condo an idyllic hideaway for a romantic getaway.

Just two minutes away, downtown Hagerstown pulses with effervescent life. Taste Maryland’s culinary delights at unique dining establishments, and end your day with a pint at one of the city’s numerous bars. For your grocery needs, Pennsylvania Dutch Market is a mere 7-minute drive away.

Your safety and comfort are essential to us. We uphold impeccable cleanliness standards in adherence to public health guidelines. As our quest is to preserve the charm of our property, we kindly ask guests to respect our house rules. Please refrain from smoking, bringing pets, and hosting parties. Our condo's relaxed ambiance is best suited for mature guests who appreciate the beauty of preserved history coupled with modern comforts. * $40 per hour unapproved late checkout fee.

*Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a $50 per person per night penalty. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (#guests)

*CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: - Check-in is after 4pm, and check-out is by 10am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with me first.

*OCCUPANCY: - I understand that for a whole verity of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. In the event that you want additional guests to stay, please contact me to let me know. I’m reasonable and will accommodate wherever possible.

*AGE REQUIREMENTS: - There is a minimum age requirement of 21+. Guests under the age of 21 are still entirely welcome – they will just need to be accompanied by parents or guardians.

*NO SMOKING: - There is no smoking of any kind in the house. If you need to smoke, you can step out to the curb and pocket your butt.

*DRUGS: Illicit drugs - What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at my place I have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of my rules.

*BEHAVIOR: - If you’re coming to Hagerstown to party you’ve picked a great area to do so. Unfortunately, just not at my place. Though I'm sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behavior will, unfortunately, result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for me. Any excessive necessary cleaning is subject to an additional cleaning fee.

*DAMAGE: - I understand that accidents happen. But I do ask that you please let me know when they do. Chances are I can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.

*BARBEQUE/GRILLING: - Unfortunately since it’s a multi-unit building grilling of any kind is strictly prohibited. Even outside on the patio, in or near the building (this includes gas and charcoal grills). Violating this rule will result in forfeiture of security deposit and you may be asked to vacate.

*CLEANLINESS: - Whilst I do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, I kindly ask that prior to leaving, you put any dirty dishes or kitchenware used in the sink and put used towels on the floor by the laundry closet. It helps us get through the cleaning process quicker and allows me to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.

*AMENITIES: - The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the sanitary bin we’ve provided in the bathroom. We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)

*ELECTRICITY: - To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature thanks you too.

*SECURITY: - To ensure full safety of my guest’s belongings, please keep the front door locked as a precautionary measure. Whilst being one of the safe areas of town, I want to ensure every guest stay remains problem free, and this is just one small + simple thing we’re able to do to ensure that.

*ACCESS: - Please help avoid problems for everybody and stay out of locked closets and cabinets.

*NOISE: - To be considerate to the other residents/guests, I kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 10 pm. And if you want to listen to music, please remember others and enjoy via headphones or in your personal space.

*LAUNDRY: - Washer and Dryer use is available for guests staying for a week or longer. If you use the dryer, please clean the lint trap after each use.
