Cute little hideaway
Publié le 21 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWhat a cute little apartment! We very much enjoyed our two-night stay here. Everywhere you look there is attention to detail and beauty. Biggest ding is it's a tight squeeze around the bed. Our hostess, Michelle was very responsive when we needed help getting the heat turned on. We enjoyed Willie & Red's, The Dairy, Abbott's Candies, and the Wilbur Wright birthplace while we were here, and we'd be happy to stay here again.

Every detail, every comfort, every "I mighy need..." was readily available and within arm's reach. I 100% will be booking again the future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing your space and making us feel so at home!!!

Cute Place but Hard to find
Publié le 10 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayOur GPS brought us to the neighborhood so we knew we had to be close but it was so dark by then we really struggled to find it. Could not find a house number so started wandering. It was then that we saw lights in the rear of the building, leading us to a bunch of stairs. After sending one person to the second floor we determined we were at the right place! Cute place! But immediately heard the beep of the Smoke Detector with a low battery. I contacted the manager multiple times via Messenger system. This dang thing was behind a closed door so we couldn't reach it ourselves. This was about 9 PM. We listened to it beep every few seconds until we left at 7:30AM. Horrible, sleepless night due to the screech. She acknowledged my problem 10 hours later and they did have it replaced by 9PM that night when we arrived back. I was very grateful that Michelle worked with me to correct my mistake in not booking two nights as planned. She added the second night once we realized my mistake. Very clean, cute, but I won't recommend it to people that struggle to navigate stairs or struggle to carry luggage upstairs.

Clean n Cute
