Couette tellement mûre que la bordure etait déchirée sur 30cm...pris photo...jamais plus...odeur de pesticide...serions partis si pas autant fatigués...trop cher...

Tout etait parfait, propre et acceuillant. Le service à la réception était superbe et le déjeuner inclus était chaud et nous avons bien apprécié. Merci !

Lovely staff, terrible property.

We came back to our room and within 30 seconds of being back in the room, we noticed a roach crawling out from under the tv and across our things. We immediate left and went to a different hotel across town. The front desk staff had been extremely helpful and courteous during the check-in, I didn’t want to convey any distaste to them, so I simply left. The state of the hotel beyond the roaches was acceptable considering the price, but roaches are not acceptable, and the desk staff shouldn’t have to deal with that. Also, the entire property smelled like cigarettes. There should be a disclaimer that the property used to be a smoke friendly property. Very dissatisfied with the property. Very pleased with the staff.

It was fine considering what I read. We just needed a place to crash during our travel from SC to NH.

Did not let me know there was no pool very little hot water TV never really worked ever air conditioning sucked

Absolutely terrible!! Arrived and the pool and hot tub were not open. Hotel was disgusting, sticky furniture, stains running down the walls, pubic hair on the phone. Staff was incredibly rude when we decided that our children were not staying and we wanted to leave. Refused any refund or compensation. If I could give it a negative review I would!!
