Emplacement : Nothing is nearby, all sites require a cab that you cannot find or 3 buses with bus drivers who do try but cannot provide accurate directions
Upon check in I was provided with a map of the area, with no indication of how to get anywhere as it takes at least 45 minutes by bus or cab. The attractions to see require a minimum of 3 buses. My reservation was for a 2 bedroom junior suite the Lotus room. I was provided with a 1 bedroom suite despite having paid for a 2 bedroom. Amenities were to include a full kitchen, though there were pots in the drawer there was no stove, simply a fridge, sink and microwave. My reservation was for 3 nights. Needing to leave 1 night early for Jerusalem, the hotel management and keeper refused to refund any portion claiming Expedia charges them fees. Expedia attempted to intervene and the abusive and angry owner and staff despite Expedia willing to refund their fees again refused to issue any type of refund. Between the bait and switch of not being provided the unit of 2 bedrooms and their poor professionalism to ensure any type of customer satisfaction--heed my warning--stay away from this hotel in the middle of nowhere. a terrible experience there including that upon checking in no one was on site to accomplish this. I had to ask a nearby shopkeeper to contact the manager after I was kept waiting over an hour to simply check in. Awful experience; cheap, unprofessional, angry, staff unwilling to help or assist.

It's a shame that people like you are lying about your writing. The apartment has a stove and a microwave. There is a fully equipped kitchen. You express in a repulsive way that your words can be understood that you can't host a person like you. You have paid a very minimal amount and you expect to get a 5 star luxury hotel or higher and this will not suffice for you. When booking and staying at the venue, and suddenly the day before departure you want to go, no problem you have to pay for the night as it was late and the room could not be sold to another guest.

The hotel description was 2 bedroom, but it was one bedroom and living area. Living area had one very small bed and the room itself was very tiny. There was coffeemaker, fridge and microwave, but there was no place to sit and have breakfast. We had to sit on the bed and hold our food on our knees. The owner was very nice, but the apartment was very small.
