When we check out.We never take the glass from room.Their charges us rmb40 and compulsory give tips rmb10
Actually i already put the tips on the bed but check out recepeition still need to costs me and without receipt

Aged hotel that is well located
Publié le 2 déc. 2018 sur HotelsCheck in was rather long as staff had difficulties in finding the booking. Room condition is rather aged. Good thing was the location, which is near the markets and shopping centres.

-Facilities within hotel ( Mahjong available on the 8th floor with a minimum spend and charged per hour)

Contre : Hotel was quite dated but still rather comfortable.
Hotel was about a 30-40mins ride away from the airport( remember to tell the taxi driver to charge by the meter. We took 3 different taxis. The one which ran by the meter charged 60, the other two charged 80RMB)
Checking in was relatively smooth, do remember to bring a 100RMB deposit per pax.
Although the rooms and hotel were rather dated and the lights were dim, the room was spacious and had adequate amenities( fridge, toiletries, big water boiler, etc)
Mingzhu Square was a 5mins walk away- jewellery was sold on the first level, woman's clothes, men's items, children and household goods and on the top level, books and handphones were being sold.
DC Electronics mall and Seaview shopping Centre was located further down. Did not explore these 2 places much as items were rather pricey.
Along the stretch of road where the hotel was, there was also another mall with a supermarket. Visited it daily to get local goods which were well priced( prices were much better than those touristy areas. Received lots of freebies too)
At the back of the hotel, theres a couple of wet makerts and small stalls that you could get a quick bite or have a nice sit down meal.
The hotel was a relatively short drive ( 10-15mins max) to Dongmen east, Nanbei fruit market, Qilou old street etc.
Would recommend the place for those who are not fussy about dated hotels.

Nobody in the reception knows about Expedia platfo

Took my passport for the longest time to check for my inward immigration stamp which I have never encountered before. For once I thought I am in a police station getting interrogation.
Besides location, all experience is bad and room is not clean. Very run down hotel and I'll give only a 2 star.

Dear guests: hello!Thank you for choosing to stay in hainan xinyuan hot spring hotel.The hotel is located in the bustling commercial street of haikou city center, only 100 meters from the airport bus (terminal) station, 30 minutes from meilan international airport.It is adjacent to pearl square, wanghai international, yisheng, haixiu 890 and other commercial buildings, with beautiful "people's park" across the street, the location is superior, the transportation is very convenient.Hotel out of the 830 meters deep underground mining of hainan island more than years ago by volcanic eruption and formation of the volcanic karst underground hot spring water, spring water exit water temperature for 53 ℃, water quality transparent clear, strong sense of lubrication, no peculiar smell.Deep water hot spring directly into each guest room, let you stay indoors, you can enjoy hot spring therapy more comfortable.Wish you a happy life and look forward to your coming again!

Hotel should remove their listing on internatiinal
Publié le 4 avr. 2018 sur ExpediaFront desk staff was not able to check us in with presentation of booking details. They claim that they are not able to find booking and so not know what platform Expedia is. Had to look for alternative accommodation for the night
Hotel should remove listing from international website if the staff cannot deal with such booking.
